“ One of the rare real Indian restaurants. They have takeout options. ”
“ Great, friendly service and unbeatable Indian cuisine in this city. Try the butter chicken with garlic naan bread. ”
“ This place is just incredible! The food tastes amazing, the spice level is *real* Indian spicy (they recommend spice level "2" for the typical Japanese palate), and they have a nice variety of curries and other Indian foods. The staff is friendly as well. They don't take credit cards, unfortunately. ”
“ Ghandi Indian Restaurant serves up a wide variety of deliciously spicy and flavorful curries. I opted for the Butter Chicken curry with salad, nan, and Lassi for 1250¥, but I opted for the gooey, delicious cheese nan instead of the regular nan for 250¥ more. While their curry, though quite good, was not particularly amazing and they don't offer unlimited regular nan servings like a few other Indian shops do, I think the cheesiness alone is worth coming for. ”
“ Nothing wrong with this place at all. It has good curry and good prices. The nan bread is awesome and huge (their cheese-nan is even better)! They wrap up left over nan bread for you to take home (but not curry). 4 stars because Fukui has a number of Nepalese/Indian curry places and they are all about the same and offer about the same menu. Some of their curries taste a little different, but nothing makes any of them, including this one, stand out above the rest. A good solid 4 stars. ”
“ They get the style of food done well, though it is a bit pricy for what you get. The atmosphere is pretty nice with good seating for small parties, but not big ones, or with children. ”
“ Quite okay for testing South Asian. There many set menus available with reasonable prices. They serve kebab and meat curries with halal meats. So, Muslim people can enjoy their meals too. ”
“ The best, the owners treat us so kindly. I always feel welcomed and can enjoy the delicious food ”
